WHAT DRIVES ME
I see myself as a mentor and inspirer. My passion for discovery is my driving force and a pool of ideas. Over my many years in project management, I have refined my methodological skills in development and management processes. Supplemented by my sound technical background, I would like to pass on my expertise to young teams of founders, development managers and entrepreneurs.
Further education in consulting and coaching, change management, transaction analysis, employee management and project management form the basis of my ability to advise and support you professionally. .

As a graduate in electrical engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur (FH)), the technical content of my development projects ranges from telecommunications measuring devices to industrial electronics and drive technology on the one hand, and high-voltage technology including CE, ATEX and UL approval on the other hand.
Designing ISO 9001 development processes is part of my day-to-day business. Through my participation in DKE standardization committees, I also have state-of-the-art insights into the current requirements in development processes.
Facilitating
I act as a facilitator so that you and your company can develop over the long term and benefit independently from my experience, Together, we optimize and implement good process structures in product development for the long term. Not only professional expertise, but also dealing with uncertainty, systemic know-how and people play an important part in this process.
